Privacy policy

Fold Match is a paper-folding puzzle game. This policy covers the Android app and foldmatch.codevty.com.

Effective and last updated: September 14, 2026.

Who we are

Fold Match is provided by Codevty. For privacy questions, including questions from a parent or guardian, contact to.tayyabfareed@gmail.com.

Game information on your device

The game saves puzzle progress, moves, coins, unlocked characters, friendship progress, settings, daily tool allowances, and rewarded-ad receipts on your device. You do not need an account, email address, or password to play. The current game does not send this saved progress to a Codevty account or cloud-save service.

We ask for a birth year to choose an appropriate advertising experience. The year is used on the device to derive an age category; the entered year is not retained or sent to Codevty or advertising partners. Only the local category and the corresponding child-directed advertising flags are used. Choosing not to provide a year receives the more restrictive experience.

Advertising and rewards

The app includes banner, interstitial, native, and optional rewarded-video advertising. Advertising providers may process IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app information, SDK or app-instance identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repetition, and prevent fraud.

Google AdMob supplies ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform handles applicable consent choices. For eligible older users, Unity LevelPlay can mediate Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network. These partners are enabled only where configured and permitted. Reward completion updates your local coin or tool balance. Coins and tools have no cash value.

The Android app removes permission to access the Android advertising ID and delays advertising measurement initialization. Ads are requested after the age-selection and applicable consent flow. We do not use puzzle progress, character choices, or hint history to create advertising profiles.

Children and unknown-age users

Fold Match includes children in its intended audience. Younger and unknown-age users receive child-directed Google ad requests with a general-audience content rating and without personalized advertising. The current implementation conservatively applies this treatment to users who have not been established as over 18. It does not initialize Unity LevelPlay or Meta Audience Network for these users.

App-open ads are disabled for this Families-audience version. The game does not include player chat, public profiles, or social sharing of personal information. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child’s privacy or to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold.

Consent and your choices

Where required, a consent message appears before ads are requested. You can revisit applicable advertising choices from Settings → Privacy choices. You can decline optional rewarded videos and continue playing. If a puzzle reaches a dead end and supplies are exhausted, a free restart remains available.

To erase local game data, use Android’s app settings to clear Fold Match’s storage. This removes progress, coins, unlocks, preferences, and saved allowances. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, although Android backup or restore settings may affect what returns after reinstalling. Codevty cannot restore a deleted local save.

Providers and their policies

Providers may process information in countries other than yours and retain information under their own policies and legal obligations. We do not specify a retention period on their behalf.

This website and support requests

This website uses Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP address and browser or connection details, to deliver and secure the site. The site does not embed advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or contact forms.

If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue, and retain them only as needed for that purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please do not send a child’s full name, birth date, identification documents, or other unnecessary personal information.

Security, requests, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no device or online service is perfectly secure. We may disclose information we actually hold where required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Email us to make a request; advertising-provider requests may also need to be directed to that provider.

We will update this page when the game’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
